If managing and helping your teams grow is your passion and the reason why you took on the job in the first place; then with a few targeted and short online Coaching Sessions,  we at Sales Call Trainings can help you develop your vision, shape your thoughts, goals, outline and design for your next group Training or individual Coaching session
 
Most managers face the challenges of a fast-paced environment that almost requires superhero capabilities.
Far too often, they feel the need to remain very involved throughout every process, in order to meet targets.
Sometimes they (like to) take over completely and end up doing the job themselves.
 
Although they understand the importance and benefits of delegating, they often feel they can’t yet fully rely on the abilities of the teams to get the expected outcomes within the set deadlines. 
 
This can easily become a viscous circle and a difficult dynamic to break away from. 
 
Less delegation means less opportunities to assess the training needs of the teams, which then can lead to less trainings being given that are in line with the skills that need to be developed in order for the teams to get the job done well…
 
Eventually external trainers are being hired and while this can be great and motivating for the teams involved, we have found that often they’d appreciate that little bit of extra involvement from their managers so much more. 
 
If then one considers, that some studies have shown that a well trained sales person f.e., increases his/her chances of meeting sales targets by 42%, it all starts to look more like a ‘no-brainer’, doesn’t it?
 
This is why we tend to be quite demanding on the Managers’ involvement when working with their teams.

From the initial briefing, to the invite sent to the participants, all the way to our feedback-meetings and ‘easy to apply recommendations’ on how to best continue building on the successes of the trainings given. 
 
But moreover, we now also offer, every month, a limited amount of complimentary online coaching sessions for Managers who take their teams’ development at heart and want to start delivering the staff trainings themselves again, but feel they could benefit from that little ‘nudge’.
