Real-time control system with synchronized data acquisition and function generator for actuator control. This digital control module is equipped with a controller and signal conditioning modules for the control, measurement and registration of position, load, deformation, etc. Integrated emergency stop button, upper and lower limit switches included. The real-time digital controller and signal conditioners are used to control the position, load or deformation. Slots are included for additional measurement or control channels. The controller has an operation front panel, which provides a manual interface of the additional controller to the user. This panel has an oscilloscope for measurement and registration of signals.
